Please keep in mind that we are not able to guarantee that the butters will not melt in transit.

If it is over 80 degrees in your location, please wait to purchase the butters until the temperature drops. We will not be replacing body butters that have melted in transit.

We highly recommend signing up for tracking notifications with the USPS tracking link, and also making sure the item does not sit outside or in a mailbox.

We would love to change the formula to our body butters, but as of right now, they are 95% natural ingredients, and we believe this is the best choice for your skin. We thank everyone for their love of our body butters!

Melted butters are still usable! Due to the melting, the body butter will lose its whipped consistency, and the jar will not be full to the top. This is okay! Simply wait for the body butter to harden in the freezer for about 30 mins-1 hour. If you would like to re-whip your butter, scoop it out of the jar and use an electric mixer to re-whip, and then scoop back into the jar.
