Fragrance Preferences

Fragrance is subjective, and our scent descriptions are intended to help customers understand the fragrance experience.

Individual perceptions and preferences may vary. We cannot guarantee that a fragrance will smell exactly as you personally imagine or expect based on its description.

We encourage customers to review our Scent Guide or purchase a Sample Pack before committing to full-size products when trying an unfamiliar fragrance.

Product Care & Usage

Customers should review product labels, ingredient information, and usage instructions before use.

Our products are intended for their described external cosmetic uses. Avoid using products in ways inconsistent with the provided directions or warnings.

If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice when necessary.

Certain products, including Body Butter, may be sensitive to elevated temperatures. Product consistency and appearance may change during shipping or storage.

We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or limit the availability of products, packaging, descriptions, and offerings at any time, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this section excludes any warranties, guarantees, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

3. Orders & Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products and authorize us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable order total.

Orders are subject to payment authorization, product availability, and acceptance by Glam Baddie LLC.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when necessary, including due to suspected fraud, inventory discrepancies, inaccurate information, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will provide the applicable refund.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Orders cannot be canceled by customers once placed, except where cancellation rights are required by applicable law.

If you need to correct your shipping address or order information, contact support@glambaddieshop.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order is submitted.

Purchases through our retail website are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise authorized.

Wholesale purchases made through Faire or another approved wholesale arrangement are governed by the applicable wholesale platform terms and any separately agreed wholesale conditions.

4. Pricing, Billing & Promotions

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The applicable purchase price is the price presented when an order is submitted, subject to correction of errors and applicable law.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, product prices exclude applicable shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, and import fees.

Promotions may have separate terms, including expiration dates, eligibility requirements, purchase limits, and product exclusions.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

You agree to pay all applicable charges associated with purchases you authorize.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and address affected orders in accordance with applicable law.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing before shipment, unless a different processing timeframe is clearly disclosed.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

During launches, promotional events, holidays, or periods of increased demand, processing times may be affected.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where an order cannot be shipped within the applicable promised timeframe, we will comply with legal requirements concerning delay notifications, customer consent, cancellation rights, and refunds.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and notifying us promptly about errors.

International Shipping

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States and Canada.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and other charges assessed by their destination country.

Risk of Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, title and risk of loss pass to the customer when products are transferred to the shipping carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in this section limits legal obligations concerning delivery, lost shipments, defective goods, or required consumer remedies.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law. 6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our body care products, all purchases are final sale, subject to applicable law.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal fragrance preferences, or dissatisfaction with a selected scent.

If an item arrives damaged, leaking, defective, incorrect, or otherwise unusable, please contact support@glambaddieshop.com within 3 days of delivery so we can promptly review the issue.

Requests are evaluated individually, and appropriate remedies will be provided when required by law.

Ordinary temperature-related melting of Body Butter during transit is not eligible for a discretionary refund or replacement.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights relating to defective, incorrectly supplied, or undelivered merchandise.
